“A people without the knowledge of their past history, origin, and culture is like a tree without roots. Marcus Garvey
Beloved brothers and sisters,
Only the uninformed and unenlightened willingly confess that we do not need to know the history of our people. Only the ignorant misunderstand the impetus that history contains to realign the trajectory of African people toward future success and elevation.
We lost our memory of what it means to be a nation. Your history is your memory. If you don’t know your history. You don’t know your memory. Until we restore the knowledge of history we cannot restore our memory. It’s more than just the intellectual historical elements or the memory that derives from that intellect. It is the memory that is stimulated in your subconscious by the memory of those intellectual experiences. That is the critical element of the communities development. Professor James Small
My authentic truth:
Join me today as I call out to the ancestors to awaken my African mind to what is resident within my African Spirit and is also encoded within my DNA. I am my ancestors. So, as I know myself and lead myself according to that knowledge, my example may encourage and lead others toward self-love and nation building.
In peace and love,

Authentic thoughts are thoughts that are genuine and sincerely expressed. Authentic thoughts reverberate with other authentic individuals so they have an irresistible urge to ponder and or respectfully respond from their own unique perspective.
