It’s Personal

Spirituality is personal. In our enthusiasm, we may want to teach others and provide instruction. Simply providing inspiration and motivation may be better. Be wary, once you try to replicate your spiritual experience it becomes a religion. Religion is limiting and calls for uniformity and conformity. We must honor our own intuition and only do what resonates with us and allow others to do the same.                                                                                                                                                         Dr. Free
